About the template package: Our Miva Merchant Store Template uses CSS to implement most of the design and functionality. Since this Miva Merchant package is all inclusive we install a StarField SSL certificate and we host your Miva Merchant store for you. This Miva template package comes with the Miva Merchant Platinum package. It also includes the tool kit module by Emporium Plus and the template data feed module by Emporium Plus. The tool kit allows you and endless array of features for your Miva Store and the template data feed allows you to export all of your products in “Google products” format so you can easily upload it to your Google account for millions of web users to see almost instantly. This Miva module will also allow you to export your products into just about any format to feed into an unlimited number of product databases and feeds on the Internet.

About the template layout: We put much thought into this Miva Merchant template to make sure it is user friendly as well as Search Engine Friendly. We made great use of white space and it is very easy to navigate through, find the products you are looking, add them to your cart and checkout.

We will put your logo and/or tagline into the store for you and we can change the header banner for you. We do recommend checking istock.com for professional quality images that we can place on the header banner.

Some of the features: One feature that makes this Miva template unique is that the product search is always in the header and the category tree. This makes it easy for customers to find exactly what they need without having to go through your category or product lists. Another great feature is the mini shopping cart at the top of the Miva Merchant layout. The mini-basket is inserted using the tool kit module by Emporium Plus and is only one of dozens of features that can be added to your Miva Merchant template layout. We have also added bread crumbs into the product and category pages so your customers will always know where they are on your site and always get back where they came from.

Checkout and Navigation: We have streamlined the checkout process and numbered the checkout steps 1-3 so the customer knows where they are in the checkout process and they know when it will be complete. This particular Miva Merchant template design allows customers to go to checkout or go to their shopping bag from any page within the store and we have strategically placed the checkout, shopping bag, and go back buttons directly above the store content and below the header. The last page of the checkout process allows you to go back and edit your products and quantities, your shipping information, and your payment information. There is also a continue shopping link in the shopping bag to make it convenient to go back to the last page or category you came from.
