Morditech Email Settings

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Go to:  tools > Account Settings
  3. Click “New” to create a new email profile or highlight your email account and click the “Change” button
  4. Your Name: Type the name you would like your recipients to see when the email is sent to them. Usually this is the senders first and last name.
  5. E-mail Address: Type your full email address
  6. Account Type: This can be either POP3 or IMAP (most people choose pop3)
  7. Incoming mail server: This should just be your domain name. You do not have to add ‘mail’ to the domain name.
  8. Outgoing mail server: This should just be your domain name. You do not have to add ‘mail’ to the domain name.
  9. User Name: This should be your full email address
  10. Password: Type the corresponding password to your email user

  11. Click “More Settings”
  12. Check box “My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication
  13. Select radio button “Use same settings as my incoming mail server

  15. Click the “Advanced” tab
  16. Make sure your incoming server port is set to 110
  17. Set your “Outgoing server (SMTP)” is set to 587

  18. Click “OK”
  19. Click “Next”
  20. Click “Finish”
  21. Test an incoming and outgoing email
