Mark from Miva Merchant posted a pretty good primer on Store Morph Technology (SMT) for Miva Merchant.

SMT gives you the ability to manipulate Miva Merchant on a page by page basis. You can change virtually any page within Miva Merchant and manipulate the dynamic data that is displayed with the use of conditionals and variables.
