You can insert a Meta descriptions and Meta keywords for virtually any page in Miva Merchant 5.5 including your individual products and categories without having to install any third party modules. This tutorial will show you how.

1. Log in to your Miva Merchant 5.5 admin
2. Click the ‘Products’ or ‘Category’ link in the navigation tree
3. Search for the product or category you would like to add a meta description to
4. Click the ‘edit’ button next to the product or category
5. Click the tab labeled ‘META Tag Settings’
6. Insert the keywords and meta description that you would like to use for that product or category
7. Click update – your done
